Avista Capital-backed UBC completed the acquisition of Examoto.

Avista Capital-backed United BioSource, a biopharmaceutical company providing integrated clinical, safety, and commercialization services, completed the acquisition of Examoto, a risk evaluation and mitigation strategy company.
