Frasers completed the acquisition of I Saw It First.

Frasers, a sports goods retailer, completed the acquisition of I Saw It First, an online fashion retailer. Financial terms were not disclosed. I Saw It First will benefit from the strength and scale of Frasers Group's platform and from the integration with Frasers' recently acquired business, Missguided.
