Becton, Dickinson and Company to acquire MedKeeper from Grifolis for $93m.

Becton, Dickinson and Company, a global medical technology company, agreed to acquire MedKeeper, a company which develops and markets software applications based on web and mobile platforms for hospital pharmacy, from Grifolis, a healthcare company, for $93m. This transaction is part of the divestment plan for non-strategic activities announced by Grifols, in line with its long-term sustainable growth strategy.
