EyeCare Partners to acquire Retina Institute of Virginia and Commonwealth Eye Care.

EyeCare Partners, an operator of a network of ophthalmology and medical optometry clinics, agreed to acquire Retina Institute of Virginia, an operator of eye care hospital chain, and Commonwealth Eye Care, a consultative medical and surgical eye care provider.
