TCOM Holdings, a elevated ISR awareness solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Aerostar, a design, manufacture, integration, and operation of persistent stratospheric platforms and radar systems manufacturer, from Raven Industrials, an American company that manufactures precision agriculture products.
