Nederman, an industrial equipment manufacturer, completed the acquisition of RoboVent, an industrial air filtration company, from Rensa Filtration, a manufacturer of a variety of air filtration products, for $42m. “We continue to strengthen our abilities to deliver on our mission to protect people, planet and production from harmful effects of industrial processes.
