Nederman completed the acquisition of RoboVent from Rensa Filtration for $42m.

Nederman, an industrial equipment manufacturer, completed the acquisition of RoboVent, an industrial air filtration company, from Rensa Filtration, a manufacturer of a variety of air filtration products, for $42m. “We continue to strengthen our abilities to deliver on our mission to protect people, planet and production from harmful effects of industrial processes. With this acquisition we strengthen our position in the U.S. significantly," Sven Kristensson, Nederman CEO.
