Thorntons Recycling to acquire The City Bin Co from Carlyle.

Thorntons Recycling, a waste management firm, agreed to acquire The City Bin Co, a waste management service in Dublin, Ireland, from Carlyle, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
