Dermapharm to acquire Arkopharma from Montagu for £375m.

Dermapharm, a provider of pharmaceutical products, agreed to acquire Arkopharma, a manufacturer of pharmaceutical, medical and beauty products, from Montagu, a European private equity firm, for £375m. “Arkopharma is a great example of Montagu’s strategy of partnering with high-quality healthcare companies in their pursuit of growth.
