Tihama Advertising and Public Relations, a Saudi Arabia-based company engaged in the provision of advertising, public relations, marketing, publishing, media services, communications, bookstores and video services, agreed to merge with WPP, a British multinational communications, advertising, public relations, technology, and commerce holding company, to form ICG Saudi Arabia, a business consulting company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
