2Ride to acquire CASCO.

2Ride, a firm manufacturing and distribution of protective accessories for motorcyclists and skiers, agreed to acquire CASCO, a designer and manufacturer of helmets and goggles. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this acquisition, 2Ride intends to further strengthen its position in the outdoor segment. In addition, the two companies will expand their product portfolio and also increase their sales capacities for further markets.
