Fondo Italiano d’ Investimento and Armònia to acquire Quick for $81m.

Fondo Italiano d’ Investimento, a multi- asset fund manager, and Armònia, an Italian independent asset management company, agreed to acquire Quick, an international leader in the production and marketing of nautical equipment, for $81m. “Fondo Italiano d’Investimento is proud to start a consolidation project in the recreational boating market, a strategic sector in terms of international visibility and contribution to the promotion of Made in Italy.
