TemperPack Technologies completed the acquisition of KTM Industries.

TemperPack Technologies, a manufacturer of sustainable materials for cold chain packaging, completed the acquisition of KTM Industries, an insulation material provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re thrilled to have completed the transaction and come together as one TemperPack.
