Highline do Brasil, a provider of infrastructure solutions, agreed to acquire 8k fixed telecoms infrastructure sites fro Oi, an integrated telecommunication service provider, for $327m. The transaction is applicable regulatory approvals from the National Telecommunications Agency and the Administrative Council for Economic Defence.
