Trelleborg completed the acquisition of Minnesota Rubber and Plastic from KKR for $950m.

Trelleborg, an engineered polymer solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Minnesota Rubber and Plastic, a provider of materials science-based elastomer and thermoplastic solutions, from KKR, for $950m. “I am incredibly proud of the entire MRP team’s accomplishments throughout our time together.
