SYN Ventures, a venture capital firm, led a $20m Series A round in RegScale, continuous compliance automation software company, with participation from SineWave Ventures. The company intends to use the funds to drive sales and marketing initiatives initially targeted in the company’s three primary markets—government, financial institutions, and energy and utilities—and accelerate product development, as well as expand operational support.
