Antin Infrastructure, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Wildstone, an owner of independent outdoor media infrastructure in the UK, from DigitalBridge, a global digital infrastructure investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Europe represents a huge untapped opportunity and expansion to these territories is a natural extension of our business model which is to acquire, upgrade and scale.
