NexTier Oilfield Solutions completed the acquisition of the last mile logistics assets of Continental Intermodal Group for $27m.

NexTier Oilfield Solutions, a provider of integrated completions focused on the most demanding land basins in the US, completed the acquisition of the last mile logistics assets of Continental Intermodal Group, a provider of integrated logistics infrastructure and solutions to the oil and gas industry, for $27m. "As we continue to focus on optimizing capital allocation within our business and executing our proven strategy, we are excited to enhance and expand our leadership position in last mile logistics capabilities.
