Mill Point Capital completed the acquisition of CrashPlan from Code42 Software.

Mill Point Capital, a private equity investment company, completed the acquisition of CrashPlan, a developer of cloud-based endpoint data backup and recovery software, from Code42 Software, a developer of data security and recovery software platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. “CrashPlan is a remarkable product, which has a unique ability to protect individuals and organizations simultaneously.
