Integrity Marketing to acquire Gladstone Wealth Partners.

Integrity Marketing, a distributor of life and health insurance, and provider of wealth management and retirement planning solutions, agreed to acquire Gladstone Wealth Partners, a wealth management firm and registered independent advisor. Financial terms were not disclosed.
