GrowthCurve and Riverside Partners-backed Revercore completed the acquisition of Kemberton from LLR Partners.

GrowthCurve and Riverside Partners-backed Revercore, a provider of revenue integrity and complex claims solutions for health systems, completed the acquisition of Kemberton, a specialized revenue cycle management firm, from LLR Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Teaming up with Revecore is a great next step in the evolution of the RCM industry.
