Aksìa, a private equity fund management company, completed the acquisition of Scarabelli Irrigazione, a provider of turnkey irrigation solutions for the agricultural and ornamental sectors, and Giunti, a company engaged in the manufacturing of irrigation pipes. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition has a strong strategic value for us.
