Deutsche Private Equity completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Sill Optics, a manufacturer of precision optics, from PINOVA Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Optical components and systems are employed in a wide range of rapidly growing applications. We are pleased to support Sill Optics, a strong player in this attractive market, on its growth trajectory,” Fabian Rücker, DPE Partner.
