Paystand, a company in blockchain-enabled accounts receivable and B2B payments, completed the acquisition of Yaydoo, a company in accounts payable, cash flow management, and liquidity solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Yaydoo and Paystand have enabled B2B payment networks through their AR/AP software landscape.
