CVC and CDP Equity to acquire Maticmind.

CVC, a private equity and investment advisory firm, and CDP Equity, a sovereign wealth fund, agreed to acquire Maticmind, an IT company focused on proprietary intelligence technologies and integrated solutions in networking, cybersecurity, datacentres, cloud solutions and IoT. Financial terms were not disclosed.
