Transdev completed the acquisition of SAD Prievidza from Advance Investments.

Transdev, a public transportation company, completed the acquisition of SAD Prievidza, a regional transportation company, from Advance Investments, an investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition will allow Transdev to increase its presence in Slovakia and become one of the leading players on the Slovak public transportation market.
