Imperial Dade completed the acquisition of Palm Paper Supply.

Imperial Dade, a distributor of foodservice packaging, facilities maintenance supplies and equipment, completed the acquisition of Palm Paper Supply, an operator of a website for food service and janitorial sanitation products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "On behalf of Palm Paper, we are excited to join Imperial Dade.
