Accent Equity completed the acquisition of Lyngsoe Systems from CataCap.

Accent Equity, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Lyngsoe Systems, a software developer and systems integrator of logistics solutions, from CataCap, a Danish private equity fund. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very proud of the journey we have taken as a company.
