RSK Group completed the acquisition of Proeon Systems.

RSK Group, a construction engineering company, completed the acquisition of Proeon Systems, a safety equipment supplier. Financial terms were not disclosed. “RSK is proud to add the business-critical skills and expertise of Proeon Systems to the group.
