Vedrai, a company develop solutions based on Artificial Intelligence to support decision-making of small and medium-sized enterprises, completed the acquisition of a 60% stake in Indigo.ai, a company in conversational artificial intelligence solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Vedrai shares with Indigo.ai the mission of making Artificial Intelligence a democratic tool, which knows how to speak concretely to the problems of companies, even those that by size or culture are usually not directly involved in big innovation processes.
