Circular Resources, a company established to provide a one-stop-shop for the recycling of plastic waste, completed the acquisition of Der Grüne Punkt, a provider of waste management and recycling services, from HIG-backed Green Point, an American-owned agricultural input supplier. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Der Grüne Punkt by Circular Resources is a milestone for closed-loop recycling.
