Kohlberg completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in USIC from Partners Group for $4.1bn.

Kohlberg, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in United States Infrastructure Company, a company which provides a comprehensive solution for utility services and damage prevention, from Partners Group, an investment company for $4.1bn.
