Spectrum Science, an integrated marketing, communications and media agency hyper-focused on health and science, agreed to acquire Aurora Healthcare Communication, a strategic communications consultancy. Financial terms were not disclosed. Spectrum and Aurora have worked together for more than a decade as part of Global Health Marketing & Communications (GHMC). The two companies will now formally join forces under the GHMC brand, each as a GHMC Company.
