Vivalto Santé to acquire the remaining 9.9 % stake in Ribera Salud from Banco Sabadell.

Vivalto Santé, a group of private hospitals, agreed to acquire the remaining 9.9 % stake in Ribera Salud, a healthcare provider, from Banco Sabadell, a Spanish multinational financial services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Vivalto Santé is the third largest private hospital company in France, operating over 50 private hospitals, and is controlled by Vivalto Partners, a European private equity firm dedicated to the healthcare sector.
