JLL Partners-backed Heads Up Technologies completed the acquisition of STG Aerospace.

JLL Partners-backed Heads Up Technologies, a manufacturer of lighting systems, cabin management systems, and flight deck safety products, completed the acquisition of STG Aerospace, a manufacturer of safety-critical photoluminescent and electrical products for the commercial and military aerospace market.
