Daio Paper to acquire DAIKI from Marunouchi Capital.

Daio Paper, a Japanese manufacturer of paper products, agreed to acquire DAIKI, a pet care products manufacturer, from Marunouchi Capital, a private equity investment management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We believe that, with this Share Acquisition, we will not only be able to establish a material recycling model within our Group but also concurrently realize the further strengthening of the revenue base of the Home & Personal Care business,” Daio Paper.
