Portiva-backed EAG, a developer of car sales and rental platform, completed the acquisition of Fastback, a European technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It is not very common for Czech companies to acquire technology companies in the West. During the acquisition process, in such a case, not only the financial possibilities of the buyer play an important role, great emphasis is also placed on the added value of the new owner,” Pavel Svoreň, Portiva Executive Director.
