Audax Private Equity to acquire Rensa Filtration from The Edgewater Funds and The Duchossois Group.

Audax Private Equity, a middle market private equity firm, agreed to acquire Rensa Filtration, a manufacturer of consumable, mission-critical air filtration products, from The Edgewater Funds and The Duchossois Group.
