Fidelity National Financial to acquire AllFirst Title Insurance Agency.

Fidelity National Financial, a provider of title and transaction services to the real estate and mortgage industries, agreed to acquire AllFirst Title Insurance Agency, a provider of title examination, title plant, abstract, and settlement services for residential, commercial, farm and ranch sales. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to bring AllFirst and its portfolio of strong regional brands into the FNF family of title companies to continue expanding our leadership position in the industry through our multiple brand strategy," Mike Nolan, Fidelity National Financial CEO.
