SRH to acquire DAV from Bundesvereinigung Logistik.

SRH Hochschule Nordrhein-Westfalen, a highly qualified education, small learning group, agreed to acquire Deutsche Außenhandels- und Verkehrs-Akademie, an oprator of educational institutions, from Bundesvereinigung Logistik, a neutral platform to promote awareness for the importance of logistics and supply chain management in industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. SRH has assumed scientific and commercial responsibility for the traditional German Foreign Trade and Transport Academy (DAV) in Bremen and will integrate it into the SRH universities. The DAV campus in Bremen will remain and will also be used for the development of the SRH universities in the future.
