Mondi to acquire Duino mill from Burgo Group for €40m.

Mondi, a manufacturer and seller of packaging and paper products, agreed to acquire Duino mill, a mill that operates one paper machine producing lightweight coated mechanical paper, from Burgo Group, a papers producer, for €40m ($41m). “We are excited by this opportunity to invest in the growth of our packaging business, build on our integrated platform and broaden our geographic reach," Andrew King, Mondi CEO.
