Kohlberg & Company-backed ENTRUST Solutions Group completed the acquisition of FiberRise Communications.

Kohlberg & Company-backed ENTRUST Solutions Group, an engineering, consulting, data analytics, and automation services firm, completed the acquisition of FiberRise Communications, a provider of grid modernization and broadband consulting and engineering services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We couldn’t be happier with the addition of FiberRise to the ENTRUST family.
