FitForMe, a nutritional supplements provider, completed the acquisition of Baricol Bariatrics, a life science company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to now have the Baricol team with us. Baricol has great knowledge of the Scandinavian market and they have developed the innovative digital application BariBuddy. We want to make such innovations available on a global scale," Simon Hamer, FitForMe CEO.
