Roth Capital Partners completed the acquisition of MKM Partners.

Roth Capital Partners, an investment bank, completed the acquisition of MKM Partners, an institutional equity trading, sales and research firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am confident that the combination will provide a stronger and more expanded offering for ROTH MKM clients.
