Legatum Ventures, an international private investment organisation, completed the acquisition of a stalk in GB News, a free-to-air television and radio news channel, from Warner Bros. Discovery, a multinational mass media and entertainment conglomerate corporation, for £60m. Discovery was one of the first organisations to invest in GB News, doing so prior to the creation of Warner Bros. Discovery.
