Elaghmore completed the acquisition of Concept Group.

Elaghmore, a UK private equity fund, completed the acquisition of Concept Group, a provider of distinctive sign and large format LED solutions using traditional, bespoke and digital signage. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to be working with Hexcite Group and Elaghmore.
