Adani Power to acquire DB Power for $879m.

Adani Power, a power and energy company, agreed to acquire DB Power, a thermal power plant operator, for $879m. "The acquisition will help the Company to expand its offerings and operations in the thermal power sector in the state of Chhattisgarh," Adani Power.
