AVIA Capital completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Hadatap.

AVIA Capital, a Polish growth fund, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Hadatap, a provider of information technology and radio-frequency identification system integrator. Financial terms were not disclosed. Hadatap is rolling out a RFID system in three sorting facilities to improve the tracking of packages and speed up deliveries. The library of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, one of Europe’s oldest universities, is using Hadatap’s services to track its collections.
