GrayMatter, an industrial company, agreed to merge with HTSE, a process automation & machine control provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Industrial companies have an urgent need to fill talent gaps, leverage advanced analytics and protect plants and remote assets from cyber attacks,” Jim Gliiespie, GrayMatter CEO.
