Wedding Planner, a wedding consultants, agreed to acquire Zankyou, a firm engaged in the planning of weddings. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction takes place at a time when the wedding sector is experiencing a hatching, because many marriages had to be delayed in 2020 and 2021 as a result of the limitations due to the pandemic.
