Adelis Equity-backed SSI Diagnostica completed the acquisition of TechLab from Pharos Capital.

Adelis Equity-backed SSI Diagnostica, a producer and developer of in-vitro products for microbiological laboratories, completed the acquisition of TechLab, a developer and manufacturer of rapid, non-invasive diagnostic tests for infectious disease, intestinal inflammation, and parasitology, from Pharos Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
